REALISTIC IMMERSIVE FLIGHT SIMULATION

Virtual Instructor Courseware High Level Overview

Our Virtual Flight Instructor takes students from foundational concepts all the way to final Check Ride preparation, guiding them through seven structured training modules and more than 70 lessons.

Students progress at their own pace, review feedback anytime, and repeat lessons as often as needed to achieve true mastery.

Each lesson clearly explains objectives, reinforces understanding with real‑time feedback, and keeps learners focused as they build skills in the virtual classroom before applying them in the aircraft.

Module 1:

Fundamentals

Covers the basics of aircraft handling, including familiarization, maintaining straight and level flight, performing turns, climbs, descents, and combining these maneuvers into smooth transitions.

  • Focus: Foundational control of the aircraft.

Module 2:

Flight Maneuvers

Introduces ground-reference maneuvers and stall recovery techniques. Students practice rectangular courses, S-turns, and turns around a point, along with power-on/off stalls, slow flight in clean/dirty configurations, and steep turns.

  • Focus: Developing precision and confidence in maneuvering.

Module 3:

Airport Operations

Covers all phases of airport activity: preflight checks, taxiing, take-off procedures (normal and crosswind), and landing techniques (normal, crosswind, slips, and go-arounds).

  • Focus: Safe and effective operations on the ground and in the traffic pattern.

Module 4:

Local Airspace

Teaches traffic pattern work under varying conditions, departures, pattern entries, wake turbulence avoidance, and operations at uncontrolled airports. Includes post-landing procedures like parking and securing the aircraft.

  • Focus: Operating safely in local airspace and traffic environments.

Module 5:

Emergency Procedures

Prepares students for abnormal and emergency scenarios: no-flap landings, forced landings (airport and off-field), emergency descents, various fire situations (engine, wing, electrical), rejected take-offs, and radio failures.

  • Focus: Handling emergencies with confidence and control.

Module 6:

Advanced Flight Skills

Expands capabilities with specialized techniques: soft and short field operations, unusual attitude recovery, night flying, instrument basics (BAI), navigation system tracking, and cross-country operations.

  • Focus: Advanced proficiency and readiness for diverse flight conditions.

Module 7:

Check Rides

Consists of staged evaluations (Parts 1–5) to assess progress and readiness for certification. Each stage builds toward demonstrating full competency across all modules.

  • Focus: Progressive testing leading to final qualification.
